Refund Procedure:
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Customer will be required to call our customer service and agree on a pick-up date with our logistics partner within the eligible return period. Customer will be asked at this stage to provide information about the product for Mouawad to make a first assessment of the condition of this product.
• Customer must include in the delivery package, the completed return form along with the product, all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, the Service Guide, the warranty card and all other documents, in their original box.
• Customer must seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid airway bill received
• Our logistics partner will pick-up the sealed delivery package on the agreed date.
• The refund will be initiated once the product is received back in our office and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by customer within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our office.
• If the order cancelled before Order Confirmation, we will proceed with the final refund amount within fourteen (14) days.
Non-returnable Products:
No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer or are not in the same condition as received.
• Products are tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Products that are not in original condition and packaging.
• Damaged products due to misuse or showing signs of use.
Warranty:
• 1 year manufacturing warranty on all the products
• Warranty will not cover customer misuse or abuse or excessive signs of usage
