On July 30, 2022, the winner of the Miss Universe Thailand 20222 pageant was announced as Anna Sueangam-iam, who was crowned by her predecessor, Anchilee Scott-Kemmis, with the Mouawad Miss Universe Thailand Power of Resilience Crown. The pageant took place at the True Icon Hall, Bangkok, Thailand and featured 30 contestants competing for the crown. Hand crafted by Mouawad especially for Miss Universe Thailand 2022, the Power of Resilience Crown was inspired by the resilience of the Thai people and carries a message of positivity that we all have the power within us to rise above any challenges The crown features peridot, diamond and topaz set in motifs reminiscent of peacock feathers and lotus flowers, whose interlocking harmony serves as a reminder of the role community bonds play in our resilience. In her role as Miss Universe Thailand 2022, Anna Sueangam-iam will go on to represent Thailand at the international Miss Universe 2022 pageant.
