Shipping Charges:
• We provide free standard shipping (domestic and international).
• We ship product(s) out typically through specialized courier/shipping third parties (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, Mouawad Team, etc.) depending on customer’s location.
Order Processing:
• We will inspect, pack and ship ordered product out only after receiving the customer’s payment.
• For KSA and Doha warehouse and logistic office operate from Sunday to Thursday every week
• For UAE warehouse and logistic office operate from Monday to Friday every week
• For customer order/payment made online after 3:00pm Dubai local time (GMT+4), we will NOT process the order until the next business day.
• We will process order internally within 1-3 business days; some of the products (e.g. watches and Jewelry) are securely stored in a large safe that gets checked before dispatched. After receiving customer’s payment, ordered product(s) shall be physically transferred to our fulfillment center for inspection before the product(s) being shipped out to customer.
Delivery Time:
• Once we ship out order and obtain shipment tracking number, the shipment tracking number will be sent (via e-mail) to the customer for shipment tracking.
• For KSA - Jeddah & Riyadh location, the delivery is between 1 – 2 business days. For KSA rural areas (Abha, Jizan, Medinah..etc), the delivery time is between 3 – 5 business days.
• For UAE & Doha locations, the delivery time is between 1 to 2 business days (including orderprocessing time). The shipping time does not include.

• For delivery to all other (GCC and Middle East) international locations, the delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days (including order-processing time). The shipping time does not include:

- The processing-time at the Customs Authorities of designated country.
• For (GCC and Middle East) international orders, most are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend customers to contact their local customs office.
Insurance Coverage:
• We provide insurance coverage for ordered product(s) during shipment only (e.g. package lost, stolen or damaged in transit).
Shipping Restrictions:
• We cannot deliver to APO, PO Boxes, and FPO addresses. The customer must provide his/her complete address (e.g. Country, City, Street name, Building number, valid telephone or mobile number …etc.) to assure smooth delivery.
• We cannot deliver to some countries (e.g. Israel, North Korea) – or to Conflict / War Zones (e.g. Syria).
Shipment Return:
• Shipment Return is allowed as per the Exchange and Return Policy.
• For shipment return, the customer must contact first our customer-service (via email or toll-free number) for shipping instructions.
• We will provide the complete shipping address for shipment return.
• The shipping cost will be borne by us only if the returned product has a manufacturing defect. For more information please refer to the Exchange and Return Policy.

• Order online and pick up your creation in the Mouawad boutique selected while completing the order.
• When you are ready to finalize your order, you will have the ability to select ‘Pick Up in Boutique’ as a delivery method during checkout
When collecting your order, you must bring:
• Valid Photo ID document
• Original method of payment confirmation
• Confirmation email as a print-out or ready to display on your mobile device
If you wish to designate another person to collect your order, they must bring:
• A copy of the purchaser’s Photo ID document
• Representative’s Photo ID document
• Original method of payment confirmation
• Confirmation email signed by you authorizing the order collection on your behalf bearing the name, surname, date and place of birth of the delegated person.
